At Kabab Al Barsha, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, which include fresh and marinated meat and chicken, we follow strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Returns


For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered.


Refunds


Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

 • The order delivered is incorrect

 • The items are damaged or spoiled upon delivery

 • The order is missing items


In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear details and, if requested, supporting photos.


Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed through the original payment method or an alternative solution (replacement or credit), at our discretion.
